UMLMedieval Sign off-
The wind powered cart does not work very well, as the fan and mast both are not properly utilized. The cart itself does not move, though whether that is a result of Newton's third or the lackluster propellant system is unknown. The cart itself is light and relatively balanced, but could still use some weight reduction.
Further development of the actual fan-mast system was needed.
Overall, we had a great time meeting up to discuss the different ideas and crafting something from scratch was a first experience for all of us.

UMLMedieval put their heads together and cranked out a beast of a machine.
This is the land sailer, we got pieces for a cart together and laser cut out the base for the mast. A battery will be used to power the air dynamic propellant, and the mast control powered through the Arduino.

After a team trip to Home Depot, we decided on a foam base, with a 5/16 dowel for the axles.
we'll be utilizing both of the motors of the Arduino kit, to provide a rotational mast and the wind for our sails.
Construction of the cart shall be completed today, with uploading of the Arduino code as well.

We designed this wheel to help our cart move. This is one of four wheels on the cart. These were designed with weight being an important factor so we decided to shave off as much weight as we could. We then tried to make it still durable by adding material to certain spots as reinforcement. We plan on 3D Printing these wheels.
